Inggrie Wijaya Moore, MBOE, LSSBB, ATACP
Inggrie, our founder, has over 25 years of experience in strategy & business transformation, product design, program & personnel management. She excels in driving enterprise and business unit vision to create momentum, and champion high-impact ideas into successful implementation.
Inggrie's passion for continuous improvement and inclusion motivates her to build her team's talent, agility, and capabilities by listening to and empowering others, building partnerships, and inspiring performance excellence. She believes success is achieved by one's ability to navigate through disruption, reframe business challenges, initiate, and act decisively, demonstrate emotional intelligence, and lead/motivate others.
Inspired by Ralph Waldo Emerson’s timeless words “To know even one life has breathed easier because you have lived. This is to have succeeded” Inggrie is committed to creating meaningful impact through her work, fostering positive relationships, and meaningful contributions to society.

Finches, particularly Darwin's finches, are the ultimate symbol of adaptation and evolution. Their beaks famously evolved to thrive in specialized niches.
This directly aligns with the core of Insight and Transformation: the ability to analyze a client's environment, adapt strategies, and provide actionable solutions for growth.

In many cultures, finches (especially the goldfinch) are associated with joy, vitality, and good fortune. Historically, they were kept as highly valued birds.
